Counselling

Counselling provides people with a safe, non-judgmental space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Using  evidence-based practices to help people to better understand themselves and their relationships, and to develop the skills they need to cope with life's challenges. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, counselling can be of great benefit to have a space to express how you are feeling, find solutions, change unhelpful patterns, to be seen and heard. 

People may seek counselling for a range of concerns such as:

- depression and anxiety
- post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- complex interpersonal trauma
- life direction and purpose
- stress
- grief and loss

Counselling sessions are 60 minutes 

Cost: Ranging from $150-180

Pregnancy Counselling

Pregnancy can be an exciting and challenging time in a woman's life. Pregnancy counselling can offer a safe and non judgemental space  for women throughout their pregnancy journey and beyond. Pregnancy counselling can support women with challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship changes during pregnancy, worries/concerns about changes to come. 

There is a medicare rebate available for the first three pregnancy counselling sessions, a referral from your GP is needed to access the medicare rebate. The rebate is available for women during pregnancy and 12 months post pregnancy. 

Counselling sessions are 60 minutes 

Cost: Ranging from $150-180
