I am Brittany Kelly, a social worker/counsellor, yoga teacher and remedial massage therapist.

I started Wholehearted Therapies to be able to offer holistic support inclusive of somatic and talk therapy. I wholeheartedly believe everyone can benefit from having  a safe space to create connection, be able to explore their thoughts, emotions and body in a non judgemental and open environment. 

As humans we are hardwired for connection. When we can experience ongoing, safe and positive connection, change and healing can happen.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Pregnancy Counselling 

Counselling aims to foster a safe, warm and non-judgemental space for someone to explore what might be troubling them, what might help them to know themselves and where they might find meaning and connection in their lives.

Trauma sensitive yoga is an evidence based hatha yoga practice to support individuals who have experienced trauma in their lives.

The practice is developed to support individuals to (re)connect with their bodies and create a safe space. 

Pregnancy counselling offers a non-judgmental environment where women can share and express all of their emotions, challenges and worries whilst feeling safe and understood.

Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is a holistic treatment helps to restore the balance between muscles and the skeletal system to allow your body to function at its optimal level, with less discomfort.

Remedial massage enhances flexibility, relieves muscle tension, improves posture, and promotes overall well-being through targeted therapeutic techniques and personalised care.

Intuitive Massage 

Intuitive massage therapy is a therapeutic process that encourages self-discovery and wellness. Intuitive massage sessions assist in reducing stress, releasing tension, shift blocked energy, improving overall wellbeing and experiencing deep relaxation.

Pregnancy Massage

Prenatal massage can ease some of the aches and pains of pregnancy and help you relax. It may also reduce swelling, improve mood, and help reduce anxiety and create a sense of calm and relaxation.
