As a qualified social worker and counsellor, as well as a certified remedial massage therapist and yoga teacher, I take a holistic, mind-body approach to healing and wellbeing. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, combining a compassion-focused and strengths-based approach to support each individual as a whole person.

The practice is carefully developed to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, rebuild a sense of safety, and strengthen the mind-body connection. EMDR
EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps individuals process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. This structured approach uses guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation to support the brain in safely reprocessing difficult memories, reducing their emotional intensity.
